Question 1

What does Cee’s do for me?

Accepted Answer

Tell us what you want to drive, your budget, and when you need it. Our team shops across dealer contacts, compares available options, and negotiates on your behalf. We put our relationships and knowledge of lease programs, incentives, and rebates to work for you—then explain the numbers and help coordinate paperwork and delivery.

Question 2

Why use Cee’s instead of shopping and negotiating myself?

Accepted Answer

Our dealer relationships help us get to serious pricing quickly, without you spending your time calling around and going back and forth with salespeople. We handle the shopping and negotiation, pushing for the best deal available for the car and terms you want. You review the options and decide what works for you—we handle the haggling.

Question 3

Is there a fee to use Cee’s?

Accepted Answer

Cee’s does not charge you a separate service fee. We present your quoted price upfront, with no additional Cee’s fee added on top.

Question 4

Do I need to know exactly which car I want?

Accepted Answer

No. You can come to us with a specific model and trim, or just a budget and an idea of what you need—like a three-row SUV, a comfortable commuter, or something with more room for the family. We shop across all major brands and can suggest alternatives worth considering. We don’t have our own inventory to push.

Question 5

Can you review a quote I already have?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Send us the quote and we’ll look at the whole deal: the vehicle and trim, monthly payment, upfront costs, mileage, lease length, fees, and any incentives included. We’ll explain what you’re being offered and see whether we can find a better option. You can use our Review My Quote page or text it to 848-777-4154.

Question 6

Does “no money down” mean nothing is due at signing?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. A down payment is money paid upfront to reduce the amount being financed through the lease. Taxes, registration, the first payment, and other upfront fees may still be due even when there’s no down payment. We explain the monthly payment and total due at signing so you know what to expect.

Question 7

Why do similar cars sometimes have very different lease payments?

Accepted Answer

The sticker price is only part of the equation. Manufacturer lease programs, dealer pricing, available incentives, and the vehicle’s expected value at lease end can all affect the payment. So can your trim, mileage allowance, lease length, credit approval, and upfront payment. Our team knows which details to compare and where another model or configuration may offer better value.

Question 8

How do I choose the right mileage allowance and lease length?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about your commute, everyday driving, and longer trips. We’ll help compare available mileage allowances and lease lengths against your needs and budget. Choosing a realistic allowance matters: driving beyond the contracted mileage can result in additional charges when you return the car.

Question 9

What if I have a trade-in or a lease ending soon?

Accepted Answer

Let us know when you reach out. Share your current vehicle, approximate mileage, and whether you own, finance, or lease it. If you’re leasing, include when the lease ends. We’ll discuss how your current car affects the next deal and what options may be available. You don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting us.

Question 10

Do I need to visit a dealership?

Accepted Answer

No. The entire process is handled remotely, and we deliver your new car right to your home. If you have an existing lease to return, we can take that vehicle back as a courtesy, too. From shopping and negotiation to paperwork and delivery, we handle the details so you never have to set foot in a dealership.

Question 11

How soon can I get my car?

Accepted Answer

When the vehicle you want is available, we can usually move quickly and coordinate delivery as soon as the paperwork is complete. If a specific vehicle, trim, color, or option package isn’t readily available, it may take a little longer to locate the right one. If you’re working with a specific timeframe, let us know upfront so we can prioritize available options and help you get into the right car as quickly as possible.

Question 12

What happens after I contact Cee’s?

Accepted Answer

We start with what you want to drive, your budget, and your timing. A member of our team will clarify any details we need, shop suitable options, and walk you through the numbers. Once you choose an option, we’ll explain the next steps for the application, paperwork, and delivery through the supplying dealership.
